The five room types are studios and suites for two, plus a Deluxe Family Room for up to four. Every unit is air-conditioned and has its own entrance, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a dining table, so it feels more like a city flat than a standard hotel room. The suites add a separate bedroom, and one comes with a balcony and terrace.

Noi Bai International Airport is about 25 km away by road. By Grab or taxi, the ride usually takes 35 to 50 minutes, but allow up to 90 minutes in the rush hours, roughly 7–9 am and 5–7 pm; ride-hailing apps are the simplest door-to-door option, and it's best to avoid unmarked taxis. Airport bus 86 links both terminals with Hanoi Railway Station in around an hour, and the station is about 11 minutes' walk from the property. There is no car parking on site, so if you drive, arrange parking elsewhere. Check-in runs from 14:00 to midnight: let the property know your arrival time in advance.
Two museums are practically next door: the Vietnamese Women's Museum, whose floors cover women in family life, in history and in the dress of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups, and Hoa Lo Prison, built by the French as the Maison Centrale and later nicknamed the Hanoi Hilton, with night tours from Friday to Sunday. From Friday evening to Sunday, the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake become a pedestrian zone with music and folk games, and a night market runs along Hàng Đào. The Temple of Literature and the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long are both about 20 minutes on foot. October and November bring the most comfortable weather; May to August is hot and humid, with June and July the wettest months, while December and January are cool and often misty.
